- All items on the DG Boutique website are PREORDER items unless expressly stated otherwise as “In Stock” or “Ready to Ship”.
- We do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges on preorder items for change of mind, subject to any rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer legislation.
- Preorder items are specifically sourced and ordered from our international supplier following the customer’s confirmed order and are not part of our standard available stock.
- Customers are responsible for ensuring that the correct style, colour, size and quantity are selected before completing an order. Please refer carefully to our size guide before purchasing. If you require assistance with sizing, please contact us before placing your order.
- Once a preorder has been placed and submitted to our supplier, it cannot be cancelled or amended unless otherwise confirmed by DG Boutique or required by applicable law.
- We do not offer voluntary refunds, returns or exchanges because a garment does not fit as expected, an incorrect size was selected, the customer has changed their mind, the garment is no longer required, or wedding/event plans have changed.
- Sale, promotional and discounted preorder items are final sale.
PREORDER ITEMS
DG Boutique operates predominantly on a preorder basis.
A preorder is an item that is sourced specifically following a customer’s confirmed purchase. Once an order is placed, DG Boutique orders the customer’s selected style, colour, size and quantity from our international supplier specifically to fulfil that order.
As these garments are sourced following each customer’s individual order and DG Boutique becomes financially committed to purchasing them from our supplier, preorder items are not eligible for voluntary refunds, returns or exchanges for change of mind.
By placing a preorder, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
Please ensure that all order details are correct before completing checkout.
SIZING
Customers are responsible for selecting the correct size.
Please carefully review the size guide provided on our website before placing your order. Sizing can differ between brands and styles, and we therefore recommend using your measurements rather than relying solely on the clothing size you ordinarily wear.
If you are uncertain about sizing, please contact DG Boutique before placing your order and our team will gladly assist.
Selecting an incorrect size or a garment not fitting as personally expected does not automatically mean that the garment is defective and does not qualify a preorder for a voluntary refund.
BRIDESMAID & GROUP ORDERS
Please take additional care when placing bridesmaid or multiple-dress orders.
The customer placing the order is responsible for confirming the correct style, colour, size and quantity for each member of the bridal party before checkout.
Once confirmed, the dresses are sourced specifically according to the selections submitted with the order.
A bridesmaid changing her mind, selecting an incorrect size, leaving the bridal party, a change in wedding plans, or the customer subsequently deciding on a different colour or style does not qualify the preorder for a voluntary refund, return or exchange.
For large bridal parties, we strongly recommend carefully checking each bridesmaid’s measurements against our size guide before ordering.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
DG Boutique proudly ships internationally.
International customers are responsible for carefully checking their style, colour, size and quantity before placing an order. The same preorder terms apply to international orders.
Because international preorder garments are sourced specifically following the customer’s confirmed order, DG Boutique does not offer voluntary refunds, returns or exchanges for change of mind on international preorder purchases.
Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes or clearance charges imposed by the destination country unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout.
Where a return is required or accepted, the customer is responsible for international return courier costs, duties, taxes and other return-related charges to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Original international delivery charges are non-refundable.
DG Boutique will not be responsible for customs duties or taxes charged by the customer’s country simply because a customer no longer wishes to keep an otherwise correctly supplied garment.
SHIPPING & COURIER FEES
Original shipping charges are non-refundable where permitted by applicable law.
Where DG Boutique accepts an exchange or return that is not due to an error by DG Boutique, the customer will be responsible for all applicable delivery and return courier costs.
For international orders, this may include return courier fees, customs charges, import/export duties and other costs associated with returning or reshipping the garment, where legally permissible.
CANCELLATIONS
Please ensure your order is correct before payment is completed.
Preorder purchases are submitted to our supplier for fulfilment and DG Boutique incurs costs in sourcing the garments specifically for confirmed customer orders.
Accordingly, preorder orders cannot be voluntarily cancelled once submitted to our supplier, except where DG Boutique agrees otherwise or where cancellation is required under applicable consumer legislation.

By completing your purchase with DG Boutique, you acknowledge that:
you are purchasing a preorder item unless it is expressly marked otherwise; the garment will be sourced following your confirmed order; you have checked your selected size, style, colour and quantity; you have reviewed the applicable preorder timeframe; and you have read and accepted this Preorder & Returns Policy.
